Requirements for wide-format printing files

Print files should be prepared according to the following specifications: **

File name convention: vision_width_height_media.tif

It is not recommended to use spaces and symbols other than letters and numbers. File names should be written with Latin letters. Files should be prepared and sent in *.tif format (flatten with no layers and alpha channels).

It is advisable to send also a *.jpg file with the print vision.

PRINT QUALITY – 600 DPI – WIDE-FORMAT MACHINE 3.20 M ROLL WIDTH

  • Size 1:1 – from 30 to 100 dpi resolution;
  • For large files 1:10 – from 300 to 500 dpi resolution;
  • Colour mode: CMYK (FOGRA 39);
  • All black and gray colours should be composite;
  • 8 Bits/Channel

PRINT QUALITY – 1200 DPI – HIGH-QUALITY PRINT 1.50 M ROLL WIDTH

  • Size 1:1 – minimum 150 dpi resolution;
  • Colour mode: CMYK (FOGRA 39);
  • All black and gray colours should be composite;
  • 8 Bits/Channel
** in case of incorrect preparation of the files (failure to comply with these requirements), you will be charged a prepress fee!
